The Hanover Chamber of Commerce has been representing the businesses of Hanover and area since 1955 and continues to play an active role in promoting business and addressing the concerns of the business community of Hanover. What We're Up To!
Mayor's Luncheon Meeting: Our Feature event of the year is our annual Mayor's Luncheon. Our Mayor presents the "Top 10", a prized list noting milestones in Hanover during the year. This Christmas Luncheon is a catered event in early December.
Hanover Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet: We proudly celebrated our Community on Wednesday March 28, 2018. The Chamber's Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet featured Award Presentations. Congratulations to Hanover's 2017 Citizen of the Year Jason Rahn ~ Lifetime Achievement for Community Service Award 2017 honouree Nelson Dawley ~ 2017 Business Citizen of the Year Future Lawn Inc., Tim Kraemer. The sealed envelope was opened to reveal our 2017 Youth Citizen Award winner ~ James Okumoto-Stocovaz. Thank-you to our Award Co-Sponsors: The Post, Bayshore Broadcasting, Blackburn Radio, Bluewater Radio and 92.3 The Dock. A full house joined us as we celebrated Hanover's Volunteers.
Promotions & Member Benefits: We are pleased to support and participate in several annual promotions, coordinated by our Community Improvement Partnership. This unique and successful partnership known as C.I.P. brings together the Chamber, the Hanover Downtown Improvement Area and the Town of Hanover. Together we collaborate for great buying power, giving members the best bang for their buck!

Chamber Fashion Show: Featuring our Chamber Members on the Cat Walk, in the Market Place and behind the scenes, with 100 Gift Bags to the first 100 Guests. When we make plans for our next show, we'll let you know.
Events: Chamber members are invited to join us throughout the year for Luncheon and Breakfast Meetings, Speaker Events, our Summer BBQ Social and our Annual Road Trip. We will have several Chamber Members hosting 'Business After 5 Socials' featuring a facility tour and refreshments while highlighting their business. Our spotlight event is our Annual Chamber Golf Tournament each September, bringing members out of the office and on to the greens for some serious networking! With at least one event planned per month, there is something for every Chamber Member and their guests. Hanover Sights and Sounds Festival: Our 14th Annual Festival will be celebrated from July 26-29, 2018 with new events as well as the returning favourites. There is something for every age group.
